REFUND POLICY

Under the current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to demand an investigation of a service that we offered. In this case, the client must contact us at , stating his wish to terminate the service in question, providing his personal information where he can be reached, and offer us more details about his demand.
If your demand is justified, we can then either offer you a reading with a different reader or a refund. Please keep a note of the time, date, and reader plus the home / cell phone number you used to call the service.

  • Your reading must have been less than 5 minutes in duration.
  • You must provide valid details of why you were dissatisfied with your reading.
  • This policy is subject to fair usage and we reserve the right to decline a refund or to give you another reading if we believe the request is not fair, genuine or valid.
  • As part of our monitoring of refunds we reserve the right to listen to calls.
